摘要:
編碼式分簇射孔技術與分段壓裂技術相結合,適用于非常規油氣藏的勘探開發,能夠提高施工時效,提高非常規油氣藏的開發效果。介紹了編碼式分簇射孔的發展狀況,自主研發的固地址編碼式自動尋址技術原理及在分簇射孔中的應用。基于固定址編碼方式的電纜分簇射孔裝置克服了壓控式分簇射孔由下而上逐級起爆的局限性,能夠選發起爆,可以攜帶備用射孔器,提高了分簇射孔的成功率。克服了浮動地址存在的不安全因素,可以配接多種雷管,拓展了適用性。該技術在勝利油田非常規油氣井的實際應用表明,其溫度、抗震性能、控制性能、工作穩定性等都達到了現場使用要求。
Abstract:
The combination of coded cluster perforation with staged fracturing stimulation is suitable for exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs. It can improve operation efficiency and development effect of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs. This paper introduces the development status of coded cluster perforation, and describes the principle of the proprietary fixed-address coded automatic addressing technology and its application in cluster perforation. The cable cluster perforating device based on fixed-address coding overcomes the limitation of pressure-controlling cluster perforating which is from the bottom up. It can perforate at any point. Carrying a spare perforator, it can improve the success rate of cluster perforation. After overcoming unsafe factors caused by a floating address, the cable cluster perforating device can be connected with multiple detonators, expanding its applicability. Field application in unconventional oil and gas wells in Shengli Oilfield shows that the device can meet field requirements in temperature, vibrating resistance, controllability and stability.
